Refund policy

Having second thoughts? No worries!

We offer a 14 day exchange or return for store credit timeline! To be eligible for store credit or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you purchase online and need to ship your item back, you as the customer are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. Once the item is received on our end we will process the refund for store credit or exchange.

Your return request needs to be emailed to shopblainapparel@gmail.com to be started. 

Some goods are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to a gift card.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, all sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased or you cannot provide proof of purchase, you’ll receive an in-store gift card or credit for the current value of your return.

Need to return an online order?

Shipping, insurance and tracking are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the package, we will inspect the item before processing the refund. Please include your original packing slip with your return. A full refund will be made to original method of payment unless it's after 14 days- then a gift card will be issued. 

We cannot be held responsible for wrongfully entered shipping details resulting in lost or returned packages. Please make sure you entered the correct shipping address at checkout

CHRISTMAS POLICY

Purchases made on or after November 15th will be included in our Christmas return policy. Last day for exchange or return is January 10th.
